Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Arturo Rallo started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After a defensive mix-up in Montegrazie's zone, Federico Vianello stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Emilio Pardini came out of the goal and Federico Vianello tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With his leg Flavio Pilla managed to avoid a goal in the 7thth minute, when Montegrazie's Cesare Donatelli fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Andrea Malvezzi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Emilio Pardini tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cesare Donatelli succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 10th playminute. A collision led to Montegrazie getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Emiliano Laurenti hit a great ball. 16 minutes into the game, Carmine Di Federico was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Montegrazie's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Corviale the free kick. After some fancy dribbling in the 18th minute, Andrea Malvezzi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Corviale's supporters rose to their feet, but Andrea Malvezzi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Emilio Pardini breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Emanuele Lupi came up free with the goalie in the 22nd minute, the Montegrazie fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Emanuele Lupi couldn't finish the play. Montegrazie's Cesare Donatelli got a good chance for a goal in the 26th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Montegrazie's Camillo Di Marzio got a free kick in the 29th minute. Emilio Pardini showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andrea Malvezzi, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. Cesare Donatelli was extremely unlucky when he, in the 35th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. In the 36th of the match, Arturo Rallo tried to place the ball in the upper right corner, but Flavio Pilla got in the way and made a wonderful save. In the 41st minute there was a penalty for Corviale. Cristiano Corvasce stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Emilio Pardini. 1-1. Cesare Donatelli received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Flavio Pilla tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 47th minute, Andrea Malvezzi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Federico Vianello made a kick off. Cesare Donatelli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Arturo Rallo scored 2-1 in the 55th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Flavio Pilla, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Emanuele Lupi during the 57th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Montegrazie getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Emanuele Lupi hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Andrea Malvezzi got free with Emilio Pardini in the 58th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Andrea Malvezzi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Emilio Pardini tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 66th minute, Dennis Pasqualone got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Federico Vianello fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emilio Pardini having to interfere. Andrea Malvezzi struck a weak shot in the 70th minute. Emilio Pardini didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Corviale. When the match had gone on for 73 minutes, Andrea Malvezzi took a quick shot and it went in 2-2 without a chance for Emilio Pardini to make any attempt to save it. Camillo Di Marzio's late challenge caught a Corviale's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Camillo Di Marzio helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Montegrazie getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Camillo Di Marzio hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Federico Vianello in the 81st minute of play forced Montegrazie's goalkeeper Emilio Pardini to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Andrea Malvezzi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Emilio Pardini read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 83rd minute of play.
