Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Ernesto Contaldi kicked off to start the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cesare Spinosa in the 3rd minute of play forced Grisignano's goalkeeper Diego De Tommasi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Demetrio Ferrara stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Grisignano's supporters crossed their fingers, but Demetrio Gambini was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Anthony Valeri showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Demetrio Ferrara in the 70th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Grisignano's Eraldo Bertolini got a free kick in the 78th minute. If Cesare Spinosa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Demetrio Ferrara sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Anthony Valeri made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Demetrio Gambini in the 88th minute of play. Grisignano's Adriano Del Monte got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Diego De Tommasi didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 94th minute, which inside left pole to 2-2. Grisignano were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
