Domenico Silvestre could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 32nd minute of the match, but Dino Florio made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alessandro Canuto in the 34th minute of play forced Ripoli's goalkeeper Dino Florio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Federico Mandara had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dino Florio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Domenico Silvestre in the 40th minute. Alessandro Canuto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ennio Antonelli stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Federico Mandara received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Claudio Costantini tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Frank Carlucci kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. In the 54th minute Ennio Antonelli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Claudio Costantini saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 56 minutes into the match, Piazza Vecchia AFC's goalkeeper Claudio Costantini had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Federico Mandara. Piazza Vecchia AFC's Claudio Costantini proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 58th minute of the match, managed to save Piazza Vecchia AFC from getting a goal against them. Federico Mandara could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 59th minute of the match, but Claudio Costantini made a huge save. In the 64th minute of the match Ripoli got a corner. Piazza Vecchia AFC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Alexander Mangione ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Alexander Mangione got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Claudio Costantini quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Dino Florio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Domenico Silvestre in the 66th minute of the match. Federico Mandara hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alessandro Canuto in the 74th minute of play forced Ripoli's goalkeeper Dino Florio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 78 played minutes Piazza Vecchia AFC got a freekick which was hit by Emiliano Giampietro. Claudio Costantini showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ennio Antonelli in the 81st minute of the match. 95 minutes into the game, Eraldo Leone was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player.
