Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Donato Pozzoli started the match with the kick off. 6 minutes into the match, Denore's goal looked a bit too open when Carmine Rigoni came free, but Dennis Guerrieri reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Donato Pozzoli fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ferruccio Strano having to interfere. Aurelio Lozzi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ferruccio Strano read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 9th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Carugo FC's Daniele Palone got a free kick in the 11th minute. Alessandro Santucci's late challenge caught a Carugo FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. The referee ignored Carugo FC's protests and gave Dino Genovese a yellow card for diving instead. Ferruccio Strano had great luck who in the 26thth minute grab hold of the ball when Donato Pozzoli from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. With a little luck, Carugo FC's Ferruccio Strano got control of the ball when Elia Avesani tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ferruccio Strano made an important save on a dangerous shot by Elia Avesani in the 33rd minute. Dennis Guerrieri showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andrea Sorrentino in the 43rd minute of the match. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Carmine Rigoni made a kick off. After 53 played minutes Carugo FC's Andrea Sorrentino stole the ball from his opponents and shot the ball towards the upper left corner, but Dennis Guerrieri stretched himself as far as he could, and stopped the ball from passing the line. robbing Denore of the goal. Carmine Rigoni struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. Dennis Guerrieri didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Carugo FC. The goalkeeper, Dennis Guerrieri, was totally fooled by Carugo FC's Alessio Luciano, who 61 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. If Donato Pozzoli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Andrea Sorrentino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Dennis Guerrieri tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dennis Guerrieri made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carmine Rigoni in the 77th minute of play. Andrea Sorrentino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Carmine Rigoni really showed his touch with that goal: 0-3. Ferruccio Strano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Donato Pozzoli in the 88th minute of the match. Elia Avesani received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Ferruccio Strano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Elia Avesani had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Denore supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Carugo FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Carugo FC.
