An unexpectedly hard shot by Camillo Luzi in the 21st minute of play forced Castelceriolo's goalkeeper Dennis Anelli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 27th minute Cristoforo Vago shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Franco Vani saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dennis Anelli came out of the goal in the 77th minute to try and stop a shot by Aggio AFC's Camillo Luzi. But to his dismay, Camillo Luzi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. In the 80th match minute, Aggio AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Donato Cagnetta to maneuver through the defense. In the 84th minute, Camillo Luzi made a precise shot to the right of Dennis Anelli. Castelceriolo's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. After 90 played minutes Castelceriolo got a freekick which was hit by Aurelio Salerni. For all the effort they put into the match, the Castelceriolo players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Aggio AFC.
