Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Vimercate FC's Amos Serantoni started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Amos Serantoni recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 5th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Aldo Di Cesare sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Armin Mazzocchi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Frank Collovati tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Emiliano Vierchowod hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Vimercate FC's Edoardo Navarra couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 19th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Pilastro. Armin Mazzocchi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Frank Collovati having to interfere. Aurelio Bracco's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Frank Collovati read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 24th minute of play. Pilastro's Ettore Ascani played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amos Serantoni in the 25th minute of play. In the 26th minute, Domenico Toninelli hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ettore Ascani showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Amos Serantoni, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. If Aurelio Bracco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 36th minute Amos Serantoni shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ettore Ascani saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vimercate FC's Aldo Di Cesare got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Aldo Di Cesare fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ettore Ascani having to interfere. After 42 played minutes Pilastro got a freekick which was hit by Emilio Montini. Amos Serantoni recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 45 minutes into the match, Pilastro's goalkeeper Ettore Ascani had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Aldo Di Cesare. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Aurelio Bracco made a kick off. 55 minutes into the game, Vimercate FC's Aldo Di Cesare nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ettore Ascani made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Alexander Piccone hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. Emilio Montini kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Vimercate FC's Aldo Di Cesare got a free kick in the 62nd minute. Aldo Di Cesare fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ettore Ascani having to interfere. 67 minutes into the match, Vimercate FC's Aldo Di Cesare sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ettore Ascani narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ettore Ascani showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Amos Serantoni in the 79th minute of the match. When Pilastro's Aurelio Bracco in the 80th minute got a chance for a shot 80th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Vimercate FC's goalie prevented a goal. Edoardo Stella hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. Armin Mazzocchi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 87th minute of the match, but Frank Collovati made a huge save. Pilastro's Ettore Ascani played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aldo Di Cesare in the 93rd minute of play. The supporters of Vimercate FC booed when Pilastro was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alexander Piccone didn't get a good kick on the ball. Amos Serantoni spun around in front of the goal 94 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Pilastro's goal. Ettore Ascani took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aldo Di Cesare, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Pilastro players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Vimercate FC from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
