Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Alfredo Cameli started the match with the kick off. Antonello Di Piazza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Enrico Troiani recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Alfredo Cameli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Enrico Troiani struck a weak shot in the 22nd minute. Filippo Lazzaro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Capocolle. In the 24thth minute of the game Alfredo Cameli who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Terra Del Sole's Filippo Lazzaro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Enrico Troiani in the 29th minute of play forced Terra Del Sole's goalkeeper Filippo Lazzaro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Capocolle's Alfredo Cameli got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 32nd match minute, Terra Del Sole was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Attilio Pilla to maneuver through the defense. Enrico Troiani's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Filippo Lazzaro read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 35th minute of play. Filippo Lazzaro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alfredo Cameli, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adriano Di Muzio in the 39th minute of play forced Capocolle's goalkeeper Augusto Panza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 41st minute the ball was on its way in behind Terra Del Sole's goalkeeper Filippo Lazzaro, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Augusto Panza made a fantastic save in the 47th minute, when Antonello Di Piazza sent off a good shot on target.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Adriano Di Muzio to make the kick off. 55 minutes into the match, Antonello Di Piazza had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Augusto Panza. Capocolle's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Antonello Di Piazza was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Augusto Panza took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adriano Di Muzio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Adriano Di Muzio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Augusto Panza breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 61 played minutes Capocolle got a freekick which was hit by Alfredo De Rossi. Adriano Di Muzio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Augusto Panza having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, Alfredo Cameli managed to get in a good position for a shot. Capocolle's supporters rose to their feet, but Alfredo Cameli was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Filippo Lazzaro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 69th minute, Antonello Di Piazza left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Terra Del Sole fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. After a defensive mix-up in Capocolle's zone, Antonello Di Piazza stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Augusto Panza came out of the goal and Antonello Di Piazza tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Augusto Panza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antonello Di Piazza in the 76th minute of play. Terra Del Sole's Filippo Lazzaro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 82nd minute of the match, managed to save Terra Del Sole from getting a goal against them. Attilio Pilla hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. Enrico Troiani might have been able to make a better finish in the 84th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Filippo Lazzaro. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Enrico Troiani ran back to his position shaking his head. Enrico Troiani sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Enrico Troiani got free with Filippo Lazzaro in the 96th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.
