Ercole Puce made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Damiano Molinario in the 3rd minute of play. The supporters of Savignano A Mare booed when Fiumicino was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Damiano Citrullo didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Savignano A Mare's Bruno Nardone got control of the ball when Cristiano Palmucci tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of Savignano A Mare booed when Fiumicino was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aurelio Canuto didn't get a good kick on the ball. Diego Stellato charged in rather forcefully in the 22nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. When Aurelio Canuto was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 37 minutes had been played. Alessandro Scarinci received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Ercole Puce tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fiumicino's Fortunato Cugini got his second yellow card of the match in the 44th minute. The referee ordered Fortunato Cugini off the ground. Fortunato Cugini kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. When Damiano Molinario came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the Savignano A Mare fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Damiano Molinario couldn't finish the play. Ercole Puce showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Florian Rossi, who was totally free with the ball in the 48th minute. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Amerigo Stellato stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Fiumicino's Ercole Puce got control of the ball when Damiano Molinario tried to sneak it across the goal line. Florian Rossi might have been able to make a better finish in the 58th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ercole Puce. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Florian Rossi ran back to his position shaking his head. During the 65th minute of the match Diego Stellato completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Diego Stellato a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Savignano A Mare's Alfonso Alleva couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 67th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Fiumicino. Florian Rossi might have been able to make a better finish in the 69th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ercole Puce. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Florian Rossi ran back to his position shaking his head. 75 minutes into the match, Damiano Molinario notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Fiumicino's Ercole Puce. Ercole Puce was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With a little luck, Fiumicino's Ercole Puce got control of the ball when Damiano Molinario tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ercole Puce was a little too slow when Florian Rossi got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 84th minute. The score was now 0-2. The supporters of Savignano A Mare booed when Fiumicino was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ferdinando Di Meo didn't get a good kick on the ball. 92 minutes into the match, Florian Rossi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ercole Puce. Fiumicino's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Florian Rossi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Fiumicino's defense didn't have a chance, in the 97th minute, when Florian Rossi scored to the left of an out of position Ercole Puce, making the score, 0-4. Savignano A Mare played a much better game than Fiumicino and deserved their victory. The Fiumicino players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
