With a little luck, Soglio's Anthony Colle got control of the ball when Daniele Croce tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 6 minutes, Diego Coletti mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Borgo Bainsizza and the Soglio players grew even worse after the yellow card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Borgo Bainsizza fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 6th minute. Penalty! The referee gave Soglio a penalty, 7 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Angelo Cellucci, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Borgo Bainsizza's Fabiano Di Toro. 0-1. Carlo Di Donato received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Anthony Colle tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Borgo Bainsizza's Fabiano Di Toro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arrigo Di Massimo in the 21st minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ennio Masi in the 22nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fabiano Di Toro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A hard shot 25 in the game by Daniele Croce from a close distance when the talented Anthony Colle managed to make a qualified save. Soglio's players were relieved. Fabiano Di Toro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ennio Masi, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Damiano Vespucci's late challenge caught a Soglio's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Damiano Vespucci helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Borgo Bainsizza getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Damiano Vespucci hit a great ball. Fabiano Di Toro didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ennio Masi went, in the 36th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. The supporters of Borgo Bainsizza booed when Soglio was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anselmo Bosso didn't get a good kick on the ball.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Arrigo Di Massimo to strike the kick off in the second half. If Arrigo Di Massimo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Soglio booed when Borgo Bainsizza was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carlo Di Donato didn't get a good kick on the ball. Carlo Di Donato struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Anthony Colle didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Borgo Bainsizza. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniele Croce in the 67th minute of play forced Soglio's goalkeeper Anthony Colle to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Carlo Di Donato received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Anthony Colle tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Anthony Colle took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniele Croce, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 78th minute Daniele Croce shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anthony Colle saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Carlo Di Donato had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arrigo Di Massimo in the 82nd minute of play forced Borgo Bainsizza's goalkeeper Fabiano Di Toro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ennio Masi got free with Fabiano Di Toro in the 89th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ennio Masi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Damiano Vespucci was shown his second yellow card after 92 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Arrigo Di Massimo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
