The supporters of Ciampino booed when Biancanigo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Antonello Donadoni didn't get a good kick on the ball. Beppe Lazzaro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. It seemed to be an obvious goal in the 11th minute, but Ciccio Serafini got his fingers on the ball or the save, leaving Biancanigo hanging dry this time. Ciccio Serafini showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Attilio Montini, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. In the 14th match minute, Ciampino was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fedele Mastrocola to maneuver through the defense. Aldo Limitone hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Andrea Tomasso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Ciccio Baciadonne had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Attilio Montini kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. Andrea Tomasso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ciccio Serafini having to interfere. Biancanigo's Ciccio Serafini proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 42nd minute of the match, managed to save Biancanigo from getting a goal against them. Ciccio Baciadonne sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 45th match minute, Ciampino was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fedele Mastrocola to maneuver through the defense. Biancanigo's defense didn't have a chance, in the 48th minute, when Ernesto Cicchinelli scored to the left of an out of position Ciccio Serafini, making the score, 2-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Attilio Montini struck a weak shot in the 56th minute. Ciccio Serafini didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ciampino. Ciccio Serafini made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andrea Tomasso in the 57th minute of play. In the 61st minute, Beppe Lazzaro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Beppe Lazzaro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Alfonso Parente tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Beppe Lazzaro in the 66th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alfonso Parente saved Ciampino from getting behind. 68 minutes into the match, Biancanigo's Ciccio Baciadonne sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Alfonso Parente narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With a little luck, Ciampino's Alfonso Parente got control of the ball when Ciccio Baciadonne tried to sneak it across the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 72 minutes, Alfonso Parente successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Andrea Tomasso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 78 played minutes Ciampino got a freekick which was hit by Andrea Tomasso. Ciccio Serafini showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Attilio Montini in the 81st minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Biancanigo's Carter Braccia got a free kick in the 84th minute. In the 85th minute Andrea Tomasso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ciccio Serafini saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ernesto Cicchinelli kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. If Andrea Tomasso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Beppe Lazzaro in the 97th minute of play forced Ciampino's goalkeeper Alfonso Parente to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
