Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dercogna's Antonio Mirto started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Antonio Mirto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 4th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ernesto Brini received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Eugenio Fiorentino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eugenio Fiorentino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ernesto Brini in the 8th minute of play. When Carlo Di Franco fell near the penalty area in the 10th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Marocchi AFC's protests and gave Carlo Di Franco a yellow card for diving instead. Arturo Riso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Antonio Mirto in the 11th minute of the match. In the 15th minute Ernesto Brini shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eugenio Fiorentino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Antonio Mirto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Arturo Riso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Antonio Mirto in the 22nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Arturo Riso prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a defensive mix-up in Marocchi AFC's zone, Alexander Luciano stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arturo Riso came out of the goal and Alexander Luciano tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 27th minute, Dercogna's Antonio Mirto dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Antonio Mirto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arturo Riso having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alexander Luciano got free with Arturo Riso in the 31st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Antonio Mirto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Arturo Riso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Antonio Mirto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 39th minute Ernesto Brini shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eugenio Fiorentino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cosimo Maurizi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Eugenio Fiorentino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alexander Luciano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Cosimo Maurizi to make the kick off. In the 53rd match minute, Marocchi AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Concetto Bassi to maneuver through the defense. Dercogna were awarded a corner in the 58th minute after Marocchi AFC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Alfonso Sciarretta took the corner. The corner led Dercogna's Alfonso Sciarretta to fire away a dangerous shot which Arturo Riso despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Marocchi AFC's zone, Alexander Luciano stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arturo Riso came out of the goal and Alexander Luciano tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 64 minutes into the match, Dercogna's goal looked a bit too open when Cosimo Maurizi came free, but Eugenio Fiorentino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Ernesto Brini had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 73 minutes, Angelo Russi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Dercogna and the Marocchi AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Dercogna getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Angelo Russi hit a great ball. Arturo Riso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alexander Luciano in the 77th minute of play. After 80 minutes of play, Dercogna's Alexander Luciano made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Arturo Riso was left in no man's land by his defense there! Marocchi AFC's Arturo Riso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alexander Luciano in the 85th minute of play. Alexander Luciano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arturo Riso having to interfere. In the 93rd minute, Alexander Luciano ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Arturo Riso was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Dercogna had played much better football throughout.
