Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Alvaro Raimondi started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 8 minutes into the match, Alessio Pelati notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Mamago's Carlo Antonioni. Carlo Antonioni was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Fulvio Pezzi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carlo Antonioni having to interfere. 17 minutes into the game, Ciccio Peca was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Mamago's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Zadina Pineta the free kick. The supporters of Zadina Pineta booed when Mamago was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ciccio Peca didn't get a good kick on the ball. Carlo Antonioni made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alessio Pelati in the 22nd minute of play. Dennis Scibilia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Demetrio Tamburrini having to interfere. Angelo Oriali received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Carlo Antonioni tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dennis Scibilia scored 1-1 in the 37th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Demetrio Tamburrini, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Carlo Antonioni made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Angelo Oriali in the 48th minute of play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Alessio Pelati made the kick off in the second half. Angelo Oriali fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carlo Antonioni having to interfere. Alessio Pelati might have been able to make a better finish in the 63rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Carlo Antonioni. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Alessio Pelati ran back to his position shaking his head. Zadina Pineta's Demetrio Tamburrini played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dennis Scibilia in the 65th minute of play. A collision led to Mamago getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Donato Proietti hit a great ball. Demetrio Tamburrini showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dennis Scibilia in the 69th minute of the match. In the 70th minute, Fulvio Pezzi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 71st minute, Donato Proietti managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mamago's supporters rose to their feet, but Donato Proietti was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Demetrio Tamburrini breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Dennis Scibilia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Angelo Oriali made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 76thth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Carlo Antonioni would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Angelo Oriali got free with Carlo Antonioni in the 88th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 90 minutes into the match, Mamago's goalkeeper Carlo Antonioni had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Angelo Oriali. With a little luck, Mamago's Carlo Antonioni got control of the ball when Angelo Oriali tried to sneak it across the goal line. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
