Fortunato Raiola made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Frank Borel in the 3rd minute of play. Frank Borel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Fortunato Raiola tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Trizzino AFC's Fortunato Raiola proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 8th minute of the match, managed to save Trizzino AFC from getting a goal against them. Christian De Bonis kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. Fortunato Raiola showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Frank Borel, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. When Camillo Maccioni came up free with the goalie in the 14th minute, the Cuzzano AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Camillo Maccioni couldn't finish the play. Frank Borel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 25th minute Christian De Bonis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alberigo Giacomozzi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Carlo Donato received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Alberigo Giacomozzi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 28th minute, Carlo Donato made a precise shot to the right of Alberigo Giacomozzi. Cuzzano AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. In the 31st minute the ball was on its way in behind Cuzzano AFC's goalkeeper Alberigo Giacomozzi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Eraldo Gaeta kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Christian De Bonis's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alberigo Giacomozzi was relentless in the 33rd minute of the game. After a defensive mix-up in Trizzino AFC's zone, Frank Borel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fortunato Raiola came out of the goal and Frank Borel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Fortunato Raiola made an important save on a dangerous shot by Camillo Maccioni in the 38th minute. Carlo Donato sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fortunato Raiola stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Frank Borel's shot from short distance in the 46th minute. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Frank Borel made the kick off in the second half. Christian De Bonis might have been able to make a better finish in the 51st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Alberigo Giacomozzi. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Christian De Bonis ran back to his position shaking his head. If Carlo Donato had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Camillo Maccioni received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Fortunato Raiola tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Cuzzano AFC's Alberigo Giacomozzi got control of the ball when Carlo Donato tried to sneak it across the goal line. Alberigo Giacomozzi was out of position in the 73 minute of play, and Christian De Bonis capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Christian De Bonis really showed his touch with that goal: 1-2. Fortunato Raiola came out of the goal in the 77th minute to try and stop a shot by Cuzzano AFC's Frank Borel. But to his dismay, Frank Borel quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. In the 81st minute, Camillo Maccioni hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Carlo Donato sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 93 minutes into the match, Christian De Bonis dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Alberigo Giacomozzi, 2-3. The Cuzzano AFC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Trizzino AFC's performance. The match ended with a win for Trizzino AFC.
