Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Borgosatollo's Ernesto Aceto started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Enrico Ferrini hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. In the 12th minute, Ernesto Aceto got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Enrico Ferrini kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. When Ennio Domina came up free with the goalie in the 23rd minute, the Novare FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ennio Domina couldn't finish the play. Ernesto Aceto took the ball and in the 27 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alberto Scurti. Alberto Scurti dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Borgosatollo's Carlo Lo Iacono played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ennio Domina in the 30th minute of play. Novare FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 36th minute, when Ernesto Aceto scored to the left of an out of position Alberto Scurti, making the score, 2-0. When Enrico Ferrini fell near the penalty area in the 45th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Novare FC's protests and gave Enrico Ferrini a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Novare FC getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Enrico Ferrini hit a great ball. Alberto Scurti showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ernesto Aceto in the 47th minute of the match.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ferruccio Manzo to make the kick off. Ernesto Aceto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Ernesto Aceto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 61 minutes into the match, Novare FC's goal looked a bit too open when Filippo Cirelli came free, but Alberto Scurti reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ennio Domina got free with Carlo Lo Iacono in the 65th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ernesto Aceto took the ball and in the 69 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alberto Scurti. Alberto Scurti dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. After a rather tough play, Novare FC's Enzo Colombo got a free kick in the 76th minute. Alberto Scurti showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ernesto Aceto in the 80th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Francesco Bravo in the 89th minute of play forced Novare FC's goalkeeper Alberto Scurti to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Francesco Bravo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Francesco Bravo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Alberto Scurti tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 95 played minutes Novare FC got a freekick which was hit by Enrico Ferrini. For all the effort they put into the match, the Novare FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Borgosatollo.
