Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Aurelio Iannotti's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Amos Di Fonzo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 4th minute of play. 8 minutes into the game, Navacchio FC's Francesco Costantini nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Amos Schiacciacasse made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. In the 11th minute Francesco Costantini shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amos Schiacciacasse saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Amos Di Fonzo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Frank Di Clemente in the 18th minute of the match. When Ennio Tristezza fell near the penalty area in the 18th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Navacchio FC's protests and gave Ennio Tristezza a yellow card for diving instead. Ennio Tristezza kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. In the 21st minute Francesco Costantini shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amos Schiacciacasse saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Amos Schiacciacasse took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Francesco Costantini, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Sambruson's zone, Francesco Costantini stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Amos Schiacciacasse came out of the goal and Francesco Costantini tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 27 minutes into the game, Amos Bertolini was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sambruson's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Navacchio FC the free kick. After 27 played minutes Sambruson got a freekick which was hit by Amos Bertolini. When Navacchio FC's Diego De Simone, in the 28th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Navacchio FC. After some careless play in the Sambruson defense, Diego De Simone kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Amos Schiacciacasse. The Sambruson fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Amos Schiacciacasse should have stopped the shot. Diego De Simone sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Aurelio Iannotti fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amos Di Fonzo having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Aldo Musso got free with Amos Di Fonzo in the 44th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Francesco Costantini stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Aurelio Iannotti took the ball and in the 51 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Amos Di Fonzo. Amos Di Fonzo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. With his leg Amos Schiacciacasse managed to avoid a goal in the 59thth minute, when Navacchio FC's Francesco Costantini fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After having played for 60 minutes, Aldo Musso managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sambruson's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aldo Musso was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Aldo Musso might have been able to make a better finish in the 65th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Amos Di Fonzo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Aldo Musso ran back to his position shaking his head. When Aurelio Iannotti came up free with the goalie in the 67th minute, the Sambruson fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aurelio Iannotti couldn't finish the play. After 69 played minutes Sambruson got a freekick which was hit by Edoardo Marini. Achille Pelati kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. If Francesco Costantini had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Amos Schiacciacasse showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Francesco Costantini in the 83rd minute of the match. Francesco Costantini sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 91 minutes of play Sambruson's Amos Bertolini was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Amos Bertolini kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. Navacchio FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
