Corrado Gentili showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Florian Borel, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. In the 17th minute, Dennis Cardano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Andrea Egidi made a fantastic save in the 19th minute, when Andrea Proia sent off a good shot on target. Enzo Vida had several of the Crocetta FC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 22 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 3-0 score and a disappointed Andrea Egidi as he didn't even see the shot coming. Andrea Proia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Andrea Egidi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dennis Cardano hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. 34 minutes into the match, Casale's goal looked a bit too open when Aurelio Alessandrini came free, but Corrado Gentili reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
