After having played for 41 minutes, Cosimo Preda managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Capodichino's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cosimo Preda was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Cosimo Preda fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andrea Egidi having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alexander Schirone during the 45th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 46th match minute, Capodichino was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alexander Schirone to maneuver through the defense. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cosimo Preda stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The Capodichino supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Crocetta FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Crocetta FC.
