After a defensive mix-up in Ladino's zone, Elia Rosetta stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alex Di Toma came out of the goal and Elia Rosetta tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a defensive mix-up in San Bartolomeo FC's zone, Alfonso Taccone stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 9 minutes into the match, Elia Rosetta had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Alex Di Toma. Ladino's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Elia Rosetta was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Franco Filippini fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anfilogino Lancia having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dario Colle during the 28th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Franco Filippini received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Anfilogino Lancia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Anfilogino Lancia was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Franco Filippini showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-1 in the 35 minute of play. Franco Filippini received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Anfilogino Lancia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Florian Berardo came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the San Bartolomeo FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Florian Berardo couldn't finish the play. Elia Rosetta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Franco Filippini to make the kick off. Alex Di Toma made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Florian Berardo in the 57th minute of play. 58 minutes into the game, Anselmo Gianfrancesco was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. San Bartolomeo FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ladino the free kick. Anselmo Gianfrancesco hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Corrado Righi during the 60th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 63rd play minute Elia Rosetta came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Alex Di Toma. 2-2. The supporters of San Bartolomeo FC booed when Ladino was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alberto Rozzi didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 86th minute, Franco Filippini got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Alfonso Taccone blasted a shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Anfilogino Lancia having to make a save. Florian Berardo might have been able to make a better finish in the 90th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Alex Di Toma. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Florian Berardo ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpected shot in the 94th minute by Elia Rosetta got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Alex Di Toma made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Florian Berardo in the 96th minute of play. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
