After some fancy dribbling in the 12th minute, Camillo Formaggio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Terria's supporters rose to their feet, but Camillo Formaggio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ferdinando Franceschelli breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Armando Trombatore's late challenge caught a Marmirolo AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Armando Trombatore helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Terria getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Armando Trombatore hit a great ball. Fabio Lucchetti fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eugenio Stefano having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Terria's Armando Trombatore got a free kick in the 17th minute. Ciccio Sacchi blasted a shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Eugenio Stefano having to make a save. Fabio Lucchetti received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Eugenio Stefano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ferdinando Franceschelli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Camillo Formaggio in the 26th minute of the match. 26 minutes into the game, Angelo Gallucci was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. In the 46th minute of the match Angelo Di Meo sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Eugenio Stefano skillfully saved the ball. If Ciccio Sacchi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Fabio Lucchetti made a kick off. If Alessandro Falone had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Armando Trombatore hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Terria's Camillo Formaggio slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ferdinando Franceschelli. That made the score 1-1 after 74 minutes of play. If Alessandro Falone had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eugenio Stefano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fabio Lucchetti in the 87th minute of the match. With a little luck, Marmirolo AFC's Ferdinando Franceschelli got control of the ball when Alessandro Falone tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ferdinando Franceschelli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Camillo Formaggio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
