In the 4th minute, Federico Panno got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 9 minutes, Attilio Danza mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cuneo AFC and the Pescatori players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 9th match minute, Cuneo AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Attilio Danza to maneuver through the defense. Federico Panno hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. In the 13th minute, Alfonso Avesani got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alfonso Avesani in the 17th minute of play forced Cuneo AFC's goalkeeper Amedeo Santacroce to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Alfonso Avesani managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pescatori's supporters rose to their feet, but Alfonso Avesani was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Amedeo Santacroce breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Donato Schiavio struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Fortunato Mattei didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cuneo AFC. Federico Panno recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Donato Schiavio in the 27th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fortunato Mattei prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience thought a goal was coming when Federico Panno got free with Fortunato Mattei in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Angelo Scevola hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. Donato Schiavio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fortunato Mattei having to interfere. Donato Schiavio's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fortunato Mattei read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 34th minute of play. Amedeo Santacroce stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Felice Melone's shot from short distance in the 37th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Donato Schiavio in the 40th minute of play forced Pescatori's goalkeeper Fortunato Mattei to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Federico Panno fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fortunato Mattei having to interfere. The attack was good, but when Alfonso Avesani in the 48th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Donato Schiavio stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Cuneo AFC's Amedeo Santacroce proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 61st minute of the match, managed to save Cuneo AFC from getting a goal against them. When Amos Sammartino fell near the penalty area in the 63rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cuneo AFC's protests and gave Amos Sammartino a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Cuneo AFC's Amos Sammartino got a free kick in the 63rd minute. Cuneo AFC's Amedeo Santacroce proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 73rd minute of the match, managed to save Cuneo AFC from getting a goal against them. Amedeo Santacroce showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Felice Melone in the 75th minute of the match. 75 minutes into the game, Donato Schiavio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cuneo AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pescatori the free kick. After a rather tough play, Cuneo AFC's Donato Schiavio got a free kick in the 75th minute. Felice Melone might have been able to make a better finish in the 78th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Amedeo Santacroce. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Felice Melone ran back to his position shaking his head. When Donato Schiavio was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 79 minutes had been played. In the 82nd minute, Federico Panno hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 83rd minute of the match Donato Sansoni shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Amedeo Santacroce showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 86 minutes into the game, Enzo Giocondo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cuneo AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pescatori the free kick. Enzo Giocondo kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. Felice Melone struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Amedeo Santacroce didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pescatori. Enzo Giocondo was shown his second yellow card after 90 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After a rather tough play, Cuneo AFC's Enzo Giocondo got a free kick in the 91st minute. In the 97th match minute, Cuneo AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Federico Panno to maneuver through the defense. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Pescatori had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
