Mozzate's Enrico Marinucci got a good chance for a goal in the 6th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Murelle Vechia FC's zone, Fedele Colantoni stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Amos Nero came out of the goal and Fedele Colantoni tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Amos Nero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Enrico Marinucci in the 10th minute of the match. Antonio Scarano charged in rather forcefully in the 11th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Antonio Scarano the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Antonio Scarano kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. 16 minutes into the game, Elia Lelli was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Mozzate's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Murelle Vechia FC the free kick. Ettore Palomba walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. Beppe Lombardi's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 18thth minute, Alex Donati skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Cristiano Rosetta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amos Nero having to interfere. If Cristiano Rosetta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alex Donati showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anselmo Margoni, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Enrico Marinucci's late challenge caught a Murelle Vechia FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Enrico Marinucci helped the player get up and apologised. In the 34th minute, Enrico Marinucci hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 38 played minutes Mozzate got a freekick which was hit by Amos Cardano. In the 39th play minute Beppe Lombardi came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Alex Donati. 1-0. Amos Nero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Enrico Marinucci, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Alex Donati showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Beppe Lombardi in the 52nd minute of the match. Enrico Marinucci sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Murelle Vechia FC's Amos Nero proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 59th minute of the match, managed to save Murelle Vechia FC from getting a goal against them. In the 61st minute, Enrico Marinucci got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Alex Donati showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Beppe Lombardi in the 65th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anselmo Margoni in the 93rd minute of play forced Mozzate's goalkeeper Alex Donati to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Murelle Vechia FC were victorious despite being under pressure from Mozzate for much of the match.
