Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) An unexpectedly hard shot by Anselmo Margoni in the 2nd minute of play forced Frassino's goalkeeper Arrigo Bevilacqua to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Murelle Vechia FC defense, Cristoforo De Matteis kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Amos Nero. The Murelle Vechia FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Amos Nero should have stopped the shot. Amos Nero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristoforo De Matteis in the 9th minute of play. In the 13th match minute, Murelle Vechia FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fabiano Menna to maneuver through the defense. Murelle Vechia FC's Amos Nero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristoforo De Matteis in the 15th minute of play. Fabiano Menna kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. Amos Nero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fausto Sammartano in the 18th minute of the match. Fausto Sammartano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Amos Nero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cristoforo De Matteis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amos Nero having to interfere. 24 minutes into the match, Murelle Vechia FC's Anselmo Margoni sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Arrigo Bevilacqua narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Fausto Sammartano might have been able to make a better finish in the 26th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Amos Nero. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Fausto Sammartano ran back to his position shaking his head. Anselmo Margoni's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Arrigo Bevilacqua read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 32nd minute of play. Arrigo Bevilacqua took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anselmo Margoni, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A hard shot by Fabrizio Sacchetti from long distance, 37 minutes into the match, got Arrigo Bevilacqua's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. In the 38thth minute of the game Anselmo Margoni who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Frassino's Arrigo Bevilacqua was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Beppe Lombardi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 42 minutes into the game, Alfonso Renzetti was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Frassino's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Murelle Vechia FC the free kick. After a rather tough play, Frassino's Alfonso Renzetti got a free kick in the 42nd minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Anselmo Margoni was the one to do the kick off. Beppe Lombardi kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. In the 62nd minute there was a penalty for Murelle Vechia FC. Ettore Palomba stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Arrigo Bevilacqua. 1-1. Anselmo Margoni took the ball and in the 72 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Arrigo Bevilacqua. Arrigo Bevilacqua dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bruno Paganelli during the 78th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 78 played minutes Frassino got a freekick which was hit by Bruno Paganelli. Frassino's Arrigo Bevilacqua played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fortunato Verna in the 80th minute of play. Anselmo Margoni sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 92 minutes into the match, Frassino's goal looked a bit too open when Anselmo Margoni came free, but Arrigo Bevilacqua reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
