In the 4th minute, Antonio Guidoni left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Badolo fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. 7 minutes into the match, Taggi Di Sotto's goal looked a bit too open when Antonio Guidoni came free, but Ercole Saraceni reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 11 played minutes Badolo got a freekick which was hit by Donato Miranda. Ercole Saraceni made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antonio Guidoni in the 14th minute of play. 15 minutes into the match, Taggi Di Sotto's goal looked a bit too open when Antonio Guidoni came free, but Ercole Saraceni reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Antonio Guidoni might have been able to make a better finish in the 17th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ercole Saraceni. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Antonio Guidoni ran back to his position shaking his head. Edoardo Tripodi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ercole Saraceni having to interfere. Edoardo Tripodi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Ercole Saraceni made a huge save. In the 28th minute Donato Miranda suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. When Filippo Grifoni fell near the penalty area in the 28th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Taggi Di Sotto's protests and gave Filippo Grifoni a yellow card for diving instead. Edoardo Tripodi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
The corner first didn't look so dangerous but when Eugenio Manzoni got the ball he succeeded in some way to get through the defenders to deliver a very hard score. Result 2-0. 54 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Taggi Di Sotto's Cristiano Borel got a free kick in the 57th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bernardo Fracassi in the 60th minute of play forced Taggi Di Sotto's goalkeeper Ercole Saraceni to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Filippo Grifoni was shown his second yellow card after 61 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 61st minute, Filippo Grifoni hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
