Biagio Amicone started the match with the kick off. Alessio Demaria struck a weak shot in the 10th minute. Damiano Borromeo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Terra Amata FC. When Alessio Demaria came up free with the goalie in the 12th minute, the Terra Amata FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alessio Demaria couldn't finish the play. Biagio Amicone fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Damiano Borromeo having to interfere. Alessio Demaria sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Terra Amata FC getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Fausto Sforza hit a great ball. Damiano Borromeo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Biagio Amicone in the 28th minute of play. Bruno Guaita hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Biagio Amicone managed to get in a good position for a shot. Terra Amata FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Biagio Amicone was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Damiano Borromeo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 37 minutes into the match, Zula's goal looked a bit too open when Alessio Demaria came free, but Damiano Borromeo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alessio Demaria fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Damiano Borromeo having to interfere. Federico Mariotti took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anfilogino Curti, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Edoardo Tedeschi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Anfilogino Curti was the one to do the kick off. 53 minutes had been played when some careless play by Terra Amata FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Amedeo Avesani was slow to take the kick. During this time Zula's players had a chance to rest. Damiano Borromeo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Biagio Amicone in the 59th minute of the match. After 61 played minutes Zula got a freekick which was hit by Elia Di Francesco. Damiano Borromeo was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Cristoforo Chioda. Alessio Demarias short, quick shot in the 66thth minute got Damiano Borromeo to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Anfilogino Curti sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alessio Demaria fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Damiano Borromeo having to interfere. Zula's Damiano Borromeo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Biagio Amicone in the 83rd minute of play. Damiano Borromeo made a fantastic save in the 85th minute, when Alessio Demaria sent off a good shot on target. In the 87th minute, Biagio Amicone got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Andrea Camerlengo during the 88th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Terra Amata FC booed when Zula was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Andrea Camerlengo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Damiano Borromeo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Biagio Amicone in the 89th minute of the match. In the 91st minute Cesare Antico shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Federico Mariotti saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 94 minutes, Anfilogino Curti made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. Terra Amata FC's Federico Mariotti tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The Zula support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
