Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Concetto Vespucci started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 4 minutes into the game, Carlo Lombardi cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Anthony Lizzi was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 9 minutes, Alberto Checchia made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. Roncadello FC's Anthony Lizzi tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, Rovellasca's Ferdinando Brunelli got a free kick in the 11th minute. It seemed to be an obvious goal in the 14th minute, but Comunardo Centofanti got his fingers on the ball or the save, leaving Rovellasca hanging dry this time. Alberto Checchia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anthony Lizzi having to interfere. Anthony Lizzi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Claudio Di Tommaso, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. A hard shot 25 in the game by Ferdinando Dionisi from a close distance when the talented Comunardo Centofanti managed to make a qualified save. Rovellasca's players were relieved. Concetto Vespucci received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Comunardo Centofanti tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 27th minute, Armin Cauli hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Rovellasca's zone, Ferdinando Dionisi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Comunardo Centofanti came out of the goal and Ferdinando Dionisi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Claudio Di Tommaso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 34th minute, Alberto Checchia left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Rovellasca fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Rovellasca's Comunardo Centofanti played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Concetto Vespucci in the 41st minute of play. Filippo Pantani's late challenge caught a Rovellasca's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Filippo Pantani helped the player get up and apologised. Alberto Checchia struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Anthony Lizzi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rovellasca. After the first half Rovellasca were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When Filippo Pantani was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 52 minutes had been played. In the 52nd minute, Filippo Pantani hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alberto Checchia might have been able to make a better finish in the 54th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Anthony Lizzi. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Alberto Checchia ran back to his position shaking his head. 57 minutes into the game, Concetto Vespucci was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Roncadello FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Rovellasca the free kick. Concetto Vespucci kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. A collision led to Roncadello FC getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Concetto Vespucci hit a great ball. Amedeo Di Toma's late challenge caught a Rovellasca's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Amedeo Di Toma helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Rovellasca booed when Roncadello FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Amedeo Di Toma didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Claudio Di Tommaso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Amedeo Di Toma was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 68 minutes had been played. In the 69th match minute, Roncadello FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Amedeo Di Toma to maneuver through the defense. Claudio Di Tommaso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Anthony Lizzi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Alberto Checchia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alberto Checchia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 82 minutes into the match, Roncadello FC's goal looked a bit too open when Claudio Di Tommaso came free, but Anthony Lizzi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Roncadello FC's Anthony Lizzi got control of the ball when Alberto Checchia tried to sneak it across the goal line. Achille Di Luzio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Comunardo Centofanti having to interfere. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Rovellasca walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
