The audience was convinced that Ernesto Minati's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Arturo Motta was relentless in the 5th minute of the game. After 7 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Campomorone FC! After 12 played minutes Campomorone FC got a freekick which was hit by Emiliano Capuozzi. When Pescina FC's Daniele Carozza in the 14th minute got a chance for a shot 14th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Campomorone FC's goalie prevented a goal. Federico Lucidi blasted a shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Arturo Motta having to make a save. Federico Lucidi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fedele Ianni charged in rather forcefully in the 29th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Fedele Ianni the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Pescina FC getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Fedele Ianni hit a great ball. If Emiliano Capuozzi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Pescina FC's Alberto Maia got a free kick in the 33rd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Federico Lucidi got free with Arturo Motta in the 35th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Federico Lucidi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 44 minutes into the game, Emiliano Capuozzi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Campomorone FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pescina FC the free kick. Emiliano Capuozzi kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. Ciro Pace recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Federico Lucidi to make the kick off. Ciro Pace received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Dave Pascali tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The corner led Pescina FC's Ciro Pace to fire away a dangerous shot which Dave Pascali despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Alfredo Colelli kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. In the 63rd minute Daniele Carozza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dave Pascali saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Campomorone FC's Emiliano Capuozzi got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Campomorone FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 71st minute, when Ciro Pace scored to the left of an out of position Dave Pascali, making the score, 0-2. Ciro Pace received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Dave Pascali tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Federico Lucidi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Daniele Carozza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Ciro Pace had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 89th minute, Pescina FC's Daniele Carozza ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Dave Pascali. Dave Pascali yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-3. Daniele Carozza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dave Pascali having to interfere. The Campomorone FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Pescina FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Pescina FC.
