Federico De Rubeis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Domenico Caccavale in the 4th minute of play. Eraldo Atroce could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 7th minute of the match, but Federico De Rubeis made a huge save. 8 minutes into the match, Cordova AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Christian Masi came free, but Fabiano Di Pietro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Cormano FC's Christian Masi in the 10th minute got a chance for a shot 10th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Cordova AFC's goalie prevented a goal. Christian Masi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Fabiano Di Pietro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Cordova AFC getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Ferdinando Di Muzio hit a great ball. Eraldo Atroce could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Federico De Rubeis made a huge save. Carter Verna hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. Christian Masi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Fabiano Di Pietro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Christian Masi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabiano Di Pietro having to interfere. In the 32nd minute Emanuele Sangermano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabiano Di Pietro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 37 minutes into the match, Cordova AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Christian Masi came free, but Fabiano Di Pietro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Emanuele Sangermano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Emanuele Sangermano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fabiano Di Pietro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Christian Masi's shot from short distance in the 45th minute. 47 minutes into the match, Cormano FC's goalkeeper Federico De Rubeis had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eraldo Atroce. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Domenico Caccavale to strike the kick off in the second half. Eraldo Atroce received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Federico De Rubeis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 57th minute, Eraldo Atroce left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Cordova AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Cormano FC's Federico De Rubeis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eraldo Atroce in the 62nd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Cordova AFC's zone, Emanuele Sangermano stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fabiano Di Pietro came out of the goal and Emanuele Sangermano tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Emanuele Manna fell near the penalty area in the 79th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cordova AFC's protests and gave Emanuele Manna a yellow card for diving instead. Emanuele Manna kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. After having played for 81 minutes, Emanuele Sangermano managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cormano FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Emanuele Sangermano was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Domenico Caccavale in the 85th minute of play forced Cormano FC's goalkeeper Federico De Rubeis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fabiano Di Pietro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Christian Masi, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. Christian Masi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabiano Di Pietro having to interfere. Ferdinando Catucci's late challenge caught a Cormano FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ferdinando Catucci helped the player get up and apologised. In the 93rd match minute, Cordova AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ferdinando Catucci to maneuver through the defense. Cordova AFC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Cormano FC for a fine match.
