Alvise Venditti showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adriano Di Cristofaro in the 15th minute of the match. When Portofino's Edmondo Romino in the 21st minute got a chance for a shot 21st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. When Carlo De Palma came up free with the goalie in the 30th minute, the Ginestreto FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Carlo De Palma couldn't finish the play. In the 32nd minute Anselmo Filippini shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cosimo Rosati saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 36 minutes into the match, Ginestreto FC's goal looked a bit too open when Edmondo Romino came free, but Cosimo Rosati reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Federico De Simone kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. Portofino's Alvise Venditti played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adriano Di Cristofaro in the 41st minute of play. Amos Piscitelli hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. Edmondo Romino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cosimo Rosati having to interfere.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Edmondo Romino made a kick off. After 84 minutes of play, Portofino's Anselmo Filippini made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cosimo Rosati was left in no man's land by his defense there! Alvise Venditti made an important save on a dangerous shot by Adriano Di Cristofaro in the 91st minute. Adriano Di Cristofaro struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Alvise Venditti didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ginestreto FC.
