After a rather tough play, Cafaggio's Alvaro Banana got a free kick in the 27th minute. Achille Pellicciotta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Arturo Fabri tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Emiliano Di Maio was the one to do the kick off. With a little luck, Vigo Meano FC's Enrico Caroselli got control of the ball when Alfredo Raiola tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 56th minute Achille Pellicciotta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arturo Fabri saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Achille Pellicciotta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match had gone on for 65 minutes, Emiliano Di Maio took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Enrico Caroselli to make any attempt to save it. 71 minutes into the match, Vigo Meano FC's Achille Pellicciotta sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Arturo Fabri narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Alfredo Raiola sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
