Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Calabrina FC's Carter Di Marzio started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Franco Ciarrocchi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Achille Conte's shot from short distance in the 7th minute. After 8 minutes of play, Rivabella AFC's Carter Caruso made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Franco Ciarrocchi was left in no man's land by his defense there! Demetrio Azzolina didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Alvise Flamini went, in the 12th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. If Alvise Flamini had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Carter Caruso managed to get in a good position for a shot. Rivabella AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Carter Caruso was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Franco Ciarrocchi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Carter Caruso recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 22nd match minute, Calabrina FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Camillo Cacciatore to maneuver through the defense. Franco Ciarrocchi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Achille Conte in the 24th minute of the match. In the 27th match minute, Rivabella AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aurelio Mei to maneuver through the defense. Alvise Flamini's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Demetrio Azzolina read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 29th minute of play. Demetrio Azzolina made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carter Di Marzio in the 33rd minute of play. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Achille Conte to make the kick off. Franco Ciarrocchi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Achille Conte, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Calabrina FC's zone, Carter Caruso stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Franco Ciarrocchi came out of the goal and Carter Caruso tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 57th minute, Achille Conte hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Calabrina FC's Alvise Flamini got a free kick in the 58th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alvise Flamini got free with Demetrio Azzolina in the 63rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Franco Ciarrocchi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carter Caruso, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. After having played for 68 minutes, Achille Conte managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rivabella AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Achille Conte was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Alvise Flamini had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a rather tough play, Rivabella AFC's Alessio Domenici got a free kick in the 74th minute. Carter Caruso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Calabrina FC's Anthony Michelini got a free kick in the 85th minute. If Alvise Flamini had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 94th minute, Achille Conte managed to get in a good position for a shot. Rivabella AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Achille Conte was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Franco Ciarrocchi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Rivabella AFC's Carter Caruso got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
