Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Armando Corvi started the match with the kick off. If Armando Corvi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 9 played minutes Carbonate FC got a freekick which was hit by Arrigo Bozzo. In the 16th match minute, Commune AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elia De Francesco to maneuver through the defense. In the 22nd minute, Alberto Pace left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Carbonate FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Angelo Nazzari kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. Dario Bonanni made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Federico Ali in the 34th minute of play. Dario Bonanni showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alberto Pace, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. If Federico Ali had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 46th minute Fabio Giacomozzi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dario Bonanni saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Alberto Pace stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Alberto Pace received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Dario Bonanni tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 58thth minute of the game Angelo Nazzari who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Carbonate FC's Fulvio Croce was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of Carbonate FC booed when Commune AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Elia De Francesco didn't get a good kick on the ball. Augusto Pollastrini was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 62nd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. After 64 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Commune AFC! When the match had been going on for 65 minutes, Carbonate FC's Augusto Pollastrini got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Dario Bonanni. If Federico Ali had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Federico Ali's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dario Bonanni read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 74th minute of play. In the 75th match minute, Commune AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Federico Malandra to maneuver through the defense. If Alberto Pace had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Commune AFC's Armando Corvi in the 82nd minute got a chance for a shot 82nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Carbonate FC's goalie prevented a goal. After a defensive mix-up in Commune AFC's zone, Federico Ali stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dario Bonanni came out of the goal and Federico Ali tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Alberto Pace sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match was over Carbonate FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Commune AFC throughout the match.
