Dennis Maiorano kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. After 5 played minutes Soffiano FC got a freekick which was hit by Dennis Maiorano. 9 minutes into the match, Soffiano FC's goal looked a bit too open when Edoardo Renzetti came free, but Andrea Palmieri reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ciro Cauli fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carter Piermattei having to interfere. Franco Mingione received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Carter Piermattei tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 19 minutes into the match, Orti AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Franco Mingione came free, but Carter Piermattei reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Soffiano FC's Dario Romanese got a free kick in the 21st minute. Edoardo Renzetti who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 26thth minute tested the skills of Andrea Palmieri when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Dennis Maiorano kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. In the 34th minute, Ciro Cauli got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ciro Cauli fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carter Piermattei having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Franco Mingione in the 45th minute of play forced Orti AFC's goalkeeper Carter Piermattei to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Ciro Cauli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Edoardo Renzetti made the kick off in the second half. Andrea Palmieri made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edoardo Renzetti in the 53rd minute of play. Franco Mingione received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Carter Piermattei tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Orti AFC booed when Soffiano FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dennis Maiorano didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alvaro Rotili was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 64th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. In the 66th minute, Ennio Ferreri left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Orti AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. In the 73rd minute, Edoardo Renzetti got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 76th minute, Ciro Cauli got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Carter Piermattei showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Franco Mingione, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. In the 82nd minute, Ciro Cauli ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Carter Piermattei was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Ciro Cauli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Carter Piermattei stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Franco Mingione's shot from short distance in the 88th minute. 90 minutes into the match, Orti AFC's Edoardo Renzetti sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Andrea Palmieri narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Carter Piermattei showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Franco Mingione in the 92nd minute of the match. Ciro Cauli received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Carter Piermattei tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Franco Mingione might have been able to make a better finish in the 98th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Carter Piermattei. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Franco Mingione ran back to his position shaking his head. Soffiano FC's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Orti AFC had won, even though Soffiano FC had held more of the ball.
