Amerigo Bussi struck a weak shot in the 30th minute. Concetto Mastrocola didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Crevari. Arrigo Cipollini could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 37th minute of the match, but Florian Castellini made a huge save. In the 38th minute Cosimo Iovine shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Concetto Mastrocola saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 39th match minute, Sanda was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Frank Scannella to maneuver through the defense. Sanda's Concetto Mastrocola played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amerigo Bussi in the 40th minute of play. Anfilogino Minichiello charged in rather forcefully in the 40th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Anfilogino Minichiello the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Anfilogino Minichiello kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. Concetto Mastrocola showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Amerigo Bussi, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. Cosimo Iovine fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Concetto Mastrocola having to interfere. Concetto Mastrocola showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cosimo Iovine, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. If Arrigo Cipollini had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Crevari had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
