Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Ontignano FC's Amedeo Di Muzio started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute Amedeo Di Muzio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ennio Peca saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ennio Peca took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Amedeo Di Muzio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 18 minutes into the match, Ontignano FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ferruccio Bottega came free, but Frank Centofanti reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ferruccio Bottega recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ontignano FC's Frank Centofanti proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to save Ontignano FC from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Ontignano FC getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Enrico Sessa hit a great ball. In the 27th minute Anselmo Troilo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ennio Peca saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Ferruccio Bottega had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Frank Centofanti made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alvaro Ingegno in the 30th minute. Ontignano FC's Anselmo Troilo got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 37th minute Anselmo Troilo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ennio Peca saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Isola Farnese AFC getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Diego Cugini hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anselmo Troilo in the 39th minute of play forced Isola Farnese AFC's goalkeeper Ennio Peca to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Amedeo Di Muzio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Ennio Peca tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 46th minute, Emanuele Miccoli hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Frank Centofanti made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alvaro Ingegno in the 53rd minute of play. Daniele La Penna hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. In the 62nd minute, Diego Cugini hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 63 minutes into the match, Anselmo Troilo notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Isola Farnese AFC's Ennio Peca. Ennio Peca was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Frank Centofanti showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alvaro Ingegno in the 67th minute of the match. With an all-out effort, Ontignano FC's Ennio Peca threw himself towards the right post 69 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Amedeo Di Muzio, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Frank Centofanti showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alvaro Ingegno in the 79th minute of the match. Alvaro Ingegno struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Frank Centofanti didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Isola Farnese AFC. If Ennio Forlano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Ontignano FC getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Emanuele Miccoli hit a great ball. In the 93rd minute of the match Bruno Pittelli sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Frank Centofanti skillfully saved the ball. After 94 minutes, Davide Zarrella mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ontignano FC and the Isola Farnese AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card.
