Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Fedele Ragazzoni got the match started through his kick off. Comunardo Pari made a fantastic save in the 3rd minute, when Alfonso Evani sent off a good shot on target. Comunardo Pari showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fedele Ragazzoni in the 6th minute of the match. In the 10th minute, Eugenio Monticelli got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Archi Pentimele booed when Torrione Cerquetta FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cristoforo Mauro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Emilio Parente went to the wrong direction when Amerigo Pietrangelo was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. 19 minutes into the match, Archi Pentimele's goal looked a bit too open when Fedele Ragazzoni came free, but Comunardo Pari reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Archi Pentimele's zone, Alfonso Evani stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Comunardo Pari came out of the goal and Alfonso Evani tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Archi Pentimele's Alfonso Vago got a free kick in the 28th minute. After 32 played minutes Archi Pentimele got a freekick which was hit by Alfonso Vago. In the 36th minute Amedeo Rocchi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emilio Parente saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Archi Pentimele getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Amerigo Pietrangelo hit a great ball. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Amos Scevola was the one to do the kick off. Fedele Ragazzoni struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. Comunardo Pari didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Torrione Cerquetta FC. Torrione Cerquetta FC's Emilio Parente played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amos Scevola in the 56th minute of play. Emilio Parente was a little too slow when Amos Scevola got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 57th minute. The score was now 0-1. Comunardo Pari made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dennis Rotili in the 65th minute of play. After 67 minutes of play, Torrione Cerquetta FC's Fedele Ragazzoni made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Comunardo Pari was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a rather tough play, Torrione Cerquetta FC's Diego Caroli got a free kick in the 78th minute. When Amos Scevola came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the Archi Pentimele fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Amos Scevola couldn't finish the play. After 85 played minutes Torrione Cerquetta FC got a freekick which was hit by Andrea Ciapponi. Fedele Ragazzoni charged in rather forcefully in the 89th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Fedele Ragazzoni the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 93 played minutes Archi Pentimele got a freekick which was hit by Amerigo Pietrangelo. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
