It was 0-1, 12 minutes into the match. Biagio Valente hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. In the 18th minute of the match, Aurelio Caniglia tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Ettore Santo saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Ettore Santo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aurelio Caniglia in the 59th minute of the match. After 59 played minutes Casalgiate got a freekick which was hit by Alberto Pollastrini. Vedano Al Lambro's Aurelio Caniglia got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ettore Santo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antonio Scarinci, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Vedano Al Lambro's zone, Cristoforo Avesani stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat.
