Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Dave Silvestre started the match with the kick off. Ferruccio Giolo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alvise Marongiu in the 5th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elia Nicolai in the 8th minute of play forced Villa Adriana FC's goalkeeper Comunardo Oroni to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alvise Marongiu struck a weak shot in the 10th minute. Ferruccio Giolo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Villa Adriana FC. Comunardo Oroni took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dave Silvestre, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elia Nicolai in the 13th minute of play forced Villa Adriana FC's goalkeeper Comunardo Oroni to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 18thth minute of the game Eraldo Caccavale who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cannuzzo's Ferruccio Giolo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Dave Silvestre had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Comunardo Oroni took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Elia Nicolai, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Cannuzzo's Dave Silvestre in the 24th minute got a chance for a shot 24th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Villa Adriana FC's goalie prevented a goal. Ferruccio Giolo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eraldo Caccavale in the 30th minute of the match. Eugenio Lazzaro charged in rather forcefully in the 40th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Eugenio Lazzaro the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Eugenio Lazzaro kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. 42 minutes into the match, Villa Adriana FC's goal looked a bit too open when Dave Silvestre came free, but Comunardo Oroni reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Villa Adriana FC booed when Cannuzzo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dave Silvestre didn't get a good kick on the ball. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Alvise Marongiu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ferruccio Giolo having to interfere. If Elia Nicolai had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 65th minute, Alvise Marongiu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ferruccio Giolo was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. In the 69th minute, Eugenio Lazzaro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ferruccio Giolo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eraldo Caccavale in the 71st minute of play. Comunardo Oroni made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dave Silvestre in the 77th minute of play. 86 minutes into the match, Cannuzzo's goal looked a bit too open when Eraldo Caccavale came free, but Ferruccio Giolo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Elia Nicolai received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Comunardo Oroni tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. For all the effort they put into the match, the Cannuzzo players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Villa Adriana FC.
