After a rather tough play, Peretti's Carmine Cerri got a free kick in the 15th minute. Concetto Piacente fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Concetto Del Giudice having to interfere. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Concetto Piacente was the one to do the kick off. In the 56th minute, Camillo Nola got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Aldo Carta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Felice Giacomini having to interfere. In the 61stth minute of the game Davide Tocci who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Peretti's Felice Giacomini was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Concetto Piacente kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. 65 minutes into the match, Peretti's goalkeeper Felice Giacomini had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Aldo Carta. After a defensive mix-up in Peretti's zone, Aldo Carta stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Felice Giacomini came out of the goal and Aldo Carta tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Peretti's Antonello Pasquale got a free kick in the 86th minute. Concetto Del Giudice showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Concetto Piacente, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. Pianura's attack was well implemented in the 94th minute, but when Davide Tocci was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Goal Kick. Concetto Del Giudice made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Camillo Nola in the 99th minute of play. The Pianura players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
