Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Malalbergo's Claudio De Bartolo started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alex Spinosa in the 7th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Adriano Cesareo saved Malalbergo from getting behind. Malalbergo's Claudio De Bartolo got a good chance for a goal in the 10th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 12th minute Claudio De Bartolo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Enrico Marcon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pronda were furious when Edmondo Mazzini was red carded, 14 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. The goalkeeper, Enrico Marcon, was totally fooled by Malalbergo's Ferruccio Cavallucci, who 16 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Enrico Marcon was out of position in the 26 minute of play, and Claudio De Bartolo capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Claudio De Bartolo really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Arrigo Pozzo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pronda's supporters rose to their feet, but Arrigo Pozzo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Adriano Cesareo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Domenico Gazza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Adriano Cesareo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 34 minutes into the game, Domenico Gazza was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Pronda's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Malalbergo the free kick. Domenico Gazza hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. Anfilogino Di Croce received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Enrico Marcon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 41st minute, Anfilogino Di Croce got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Adriano Cesareo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arrigo Pozzo in the 48th minute of play.

The wind increased when Arrigo Pozzo made the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Malalbergo's zone, Arrigo Pozzo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Adriano Cesareo came out of the goal and Arrigo Pozzo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 54thth minute of the game Claudio De Bartolo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pronda's Enrico Marcon was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 56 minutes into the match, Domenico Gazza had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Adriano Cesareo. Malalbergo's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Domenico Gazza was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. In the 58th minute, Edoardo Coscia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Malalbergo's Claudio De Bartolo in the 60th minute got a chance for a shot 60th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The supporters of Malalbergo booed when Pronda was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Domenico Grimaldi didn't get a good kick on the ball.
