The supporters of Porossan AFC booed when Cascina Grossa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Enrico Tesone didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dario Saturno stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Biagio Ciccarelli's shot from short distance in the 11th minute. 12 minutes into the match, Porossan AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Biagio Ciccarelli came free, but Dario Saturno reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Porossan AFC getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Elia Zaino hit a great ball. When Frank De Tommasi fell near the penalty area in the 15th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cascina Grossa's protests and gave Frank De Tommasi a yellow card for diving instead. In the 15th match minute, Cascina Grossa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Frank De Tommasi to maneuver through the defense. In the 20th minute, Porossan AFC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Edmondo Mauro fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After some fancy dribbling in the 23rd minute, Biagio Ciccarelli managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cascina Grossa's supporters rose to their feet, but Biagio Ciccarelli was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dario Saturno breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Cascina Grossa's Frank De Tommasi got his second yellow card of the match in the 25th minute. The referee ordered Frank De Tommasi off the ground. After a rather tough play, Cascina Grossa's Frank De Tommasi got a free kick in the 25th minute. Domenico Ronconi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alex Ragazzoni, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Davide Di Muzio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Domenico Ronconi having to interfere. 42 minutes into the match, Cascina Grossa's goal looked a bit too open when Davide Di Muzio came free, but Domenico Ronconi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Domenico Ronconi didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 52nd minute, which inside left pole to 0-1. After a defensive mix-up in Cascina Grossa's zone, Davide Di Muzio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Domenico Ronconi came out of the goal and Davide Di Muzio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the match had gone on for 59 minutes, Attilio Talone took a quick shot and it went in 0-2 without a chance for Domenico Ronconi to make any attempt to save it. Cascina Grossa's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Davide Di Muzio 62 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-3. A collision led to Cascina Grossa getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Concetto Di Filippo hit a great ball. Davide Di Muzio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Domenico Ronconi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Davide Di Muzio in the 73rd minute of play forced Cascina Grossa's goalkeeper Domenico Ronconi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Enrico Tesone sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet as Porossan AFC's Attilio Talone slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Domenico Ronconi. That made the score 0-4 after 87 minutes of play. Biagio Ciccarelli hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Cascina Grossa's zone, Davide Di Muzio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Domenico Ronconi came out of the goal and Davide Di Muzio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Porossan AFC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
