Castagneto Po AFC's Carmine Pilla got a good chance for a goal in the 51st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Dino Berti charged in rather forcefully in the 54th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dino Berti the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Cento FC booed when Castagneto Po AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dino Berti didn't get a good kick on the ball. 59 minutes into the match, Fulvio Allegretti notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Cento FC's Alvaro Furia.
