Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Florian Testi started the match with the kick off. In the 5th minute, Arturo Di Clemente sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Sala's Beppe Locatelli didn't even have to move. When Florian Testi, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 7 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Beppe Locatelli was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. If Enrico Corvo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 12 minutes of play, Zola Predosa's Dennis Paganelli made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Beppe Locatelli was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Dennis Paganelli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. Florian Testi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Beppe Locatelli tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 30 minutes into the game, Zola Predosa's Florian Testi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Beppe Locatelli made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. The crowd rose to their feet as Sala's Enrico Corvo slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Comunardo Chizzo. That made the score 1-2 after 34 minutes of play. Dennis Paganelli's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Beppe Locatelli read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 39th minute of play. Beppe Locatelli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Florian Testi in the 40th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Dennis Paganelli managed to get in a good position for a shot. Zola Predosa's supporters rose to their feet, but Dennis Paganelli was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Beppe Locatelli breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Florian Testi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Beppe Locatelli having to interfere. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Enrico Corvo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Cristoforo Piretti fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Comunardo Chizzo having to interfere. In the 56th minute Cristoforo Piretti shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Comunardo Chizzo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 58th minute, Cristoforo Piretti ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Comunardo Chizzo was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. Enrico Corvo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Comunardo Chizzo having to interfere. Sala's attack was well implemented in the 65th minute, but when Cristoforo Piretti was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Goal Kick. Florian Testi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Beppe Locatelli having to interfere. In the 71st minute, Zola Predosa's Florian Testi dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-3. In the 74th match minute, Zola Predosa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Concetto Cipollini to maneuver through the defense. 75 minutes into the match, Zola Predosa's goal looked a bit too open when Armando Campo came free, but Comunardo Chizzo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 85th minute the ball was on its way in behind Sala's goalkeeper Beppe Locatelli, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Dennis Paganelli came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the Zola Predosa fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dennis Paganelli couldn't finish the play. Cristoforo Piretti sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 92 minutes, Cristoforo Piretti made it 3-3 with a short kick to the right side. Zola Predosa's Comunardo Chizzo tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Comunardo Chizzo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristoforo Piretti in the 95th minute of the match. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
