With a little luck, Sanda AFC's Carter Santarelli got control of the ball when Damiano Vittorio tried to sneak it across the goal line. Damiano Vittorio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Carter Santarelli tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sanda AFC's Carter Santarelli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anthony Tardelli in the 28th minute of play. Sanda AFC's Achille Fontanive got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Sanda AFC booed when Palazzina FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Felice De Cristofaro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Aurelio Spinosa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Antonello Brandolini's shot from short distance in the 34th minute. Aurelio Spinosa made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
