The Aurelio Ranalli was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Amos Cirulli blasted a shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Alexander Mascia having to make a save. If Bianco Romanese had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 39th minute, Arturo Pinti hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alessio Disastro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 43rd minute of the match, but Aurelio Ranalli made a huge save. 47 minutes into the game, Alfonso Crisantemo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Basaldella AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Carpiano AFC the free kick. In the 47th minute, Alfonso Crisantemo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

53 minutes into the game, Alessio Chiavetta was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Basaldella AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Carpiano AFC the free kick. After 53 played minutes Basaldella AFC got a freekick which was hit by Alessio Chiavetta. During the 58th minute of the match Alfonso Crisantemo completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Alfonso Crisantemo a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Alfonso Crisantemo hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. Aurelio Ranalli stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bianco Romanese's shot from short distance in the 60th minute. 62 minutes into the match, Basaldella AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Bianco Romanese came free, but Aurelio Ranalli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Basaldella AFC getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Ennio Aversa hit a great ball. Ennio Moreschi's shot from long distance was a real pearl which went to the right and just passed Aurelio Ranalli - 1-2 was put on the score board in the 64th minute. Carpiano AFC's Bianco Romanese got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alessio Disastro in the 74th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Aurelio Ranalli prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a defensive mix-up in Carpiano AFC's zone, Amos Cirulli stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alexander Mascia came out of the goal and Amos Cirulli tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 87 minutes into the match, Carpiano AFC's goalkeeper Alexander Mascia had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Amos Cirulli. In the 94th match minute, Carpiano AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emanuele Genovesi to maneuver through the defense. The Carpiano AFC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Basaldella AFC's performance. The match ended with a win for Basaldella AFC.
