In the 33rd minute, Felice Di Giovanni made a precise shot to the right of Fabrizio Miranda. Civezzano FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. In the 39th minute Corrado Orrore shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabrizio Miranda saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Felice Di Giovanni in the 43rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fabrizio Miranda prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Felice Di Giovanni to make the kick off. In the 90th match minute, Sacconago was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Felice Di Giovanni to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felice Di Giovanni in the 94th minute of play forced Civezzano FC's goalkeeper Fabrizio Miranda to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
