Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Nova Milanese's Ferdinando Lio started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Alessio Scudieri recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 2nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Damiano Di Vincenzo hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. In the 14th minute Alessio Scudieri shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabiano Marchegiani saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 16 minutes into the match, Nova Milanese's goal looked a bit too open when Federico Morelli came free, but Fabiano Marchegiani reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Federico Morelli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dino Addari kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. After 23 played minutes, Torre FC's Bernardo Piccini shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Fabiano Marchegiani came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Torre FC reached it. 26 minutes into the match, Torre FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ferdinando Lio came free, but Dario Iannucci reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 27th minute, Ciro Crisantemo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fabiano Marchegiani showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Federico Morelli in the 32nd minute of the match. Dario Iannucci made a fantastic save in the 35th minute, when Fabrizio Antico sent off a good shot on target. In the 39th minute, Fabrizio Antico got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 40 minutes into the match, Torre FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ferdinando Lio came free, but Dario Iannucci reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Torre FC's Dario Iannucci played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ferdinando Lio in the 47th minute of play. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Federico Morelli to strike the kick off in the second half. After 53 played minutes Nova Milanese got a freekick which was hit by Fortunato Righi. With his leg Fabiano Marchegiani managed to avoid a goal in the 55thth minute, when Torre FC's Alessio Scudieri fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 55 minutes into the game, Achille Ceci was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Nova Milanese's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Torre FC the free kick. After 56 played minutes Nova Milanese got a freekick which was hit by Achille Ceci. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alessio Scudieri got free with Fabiano Marchegiani in the 58th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Dario Iannucci showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fabrizio Antico in the 60th minute of the match. Fabiano Marchegiani showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Federico Morelli, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. In the 64th minute, Federico Morelli got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Federico Morelli fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabiano Marchegiani having to interfere. After 75 minutes, Fabrizio Antico mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Nova Milanese and the Torre FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 75 played minutes Nova Milanese got a freekick which was hit by Fabrizio Antico. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alessio Scudieri got free with Fabiano Marchegiani in the 77th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Corrado Furino fell near the penalty area in the 77th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Nova Milanese's protests and gave Corrado Furino a yellow card for diving instead. Alessio Scudieri struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. Fabiano Marchegiani didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Torre FC. Ferdinando Lio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dario Iannucci having to interfere. Ferdinando Marinucci hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. If Ferdinando Lio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
