Arturo Piretti's late challenge caught a Croara's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Arturo Piretti helped the player get up and apologised. In the 12th minute, Arturo Piretti hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 13th minute of the game. One of Cesano AFC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Croara:s goal. Concetto Cilli walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. Camillo De Rubeis's late challenge caught a Croara's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Camillo De Rubeis helped the player get up and apologised. Eraldo Corrente sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ciro Santalucia recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Antonio Oroni fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alberigo Serafini having to interfere. Alessio Vanni fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alberigo Serafini having to interfere. If Antonio Oroni had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Alessio Vanni to strike the kick off in the second half. Cesano AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alessio Vanni was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bernardo Salemme helped the player get up and apologised. In the 71st match minute, Croara was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bernardo Salemme to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alessio Vanni in the 72nd minute of play forced Croara's goalkeeper Alberigo Serafini to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Antonio Oroni had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Edoardo Carlucci made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ciro Santalucia in the 87th minute of play. 92 minutes into the match, Croara's goal looked a bit too open when Alessio Vanni came free, but Alberigo Serafini reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ciro Santalucia in the 95th minute of play forced Cesano AFC's goalkeeper Edoardo Carlucci to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Croara had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
