Flavio Nardi succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-2 in the 55th playminute. 58 minutes into the game, Florian Cera was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Carpinello's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cermes the free kick. Florian Cera kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. In the 68th minute the ball was on its way in behind Carpinello's goalkeeper Concetto Rago, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ernesto Zulli made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-2. Ernesto Zulli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Achille Casadei, who was totally free with the ball in the 99th minute. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Carpinello fans cheered their team off the field, for while Cermes had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
