Dino Santilli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fabrizio Fagnani in the 4th minute of play. Emanuele Alonzi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Concetto Pennetta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 10th minute, Attilio Di Franco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 15th minute, Amedeo Melchiorre got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Persichello AFC's zone, Fabrizio Fagnani stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dino Santilli came out of the goal and Fabrizio Fagnani tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Fabrizio Fagnani sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dino Santilli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Amedeo Melchiorre, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Emanuele Alonzi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Concetto Pennetta, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. 23 minutes into the match, Saiano AFC's goalkeeper Emanuele Alonzi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fedele Di Massimo. In the 25th minute Concetto Pennetta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emanuele Alonzi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Amedeo Melchiorre might have been able to make a better finish in the 28th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dino Santilli. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Amedeo Melchiorre ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 31st minute of the match Eugenio Romanese sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dino Santilli skillfully saved the ball. In the 33rd match minute, Saiano AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emiliano Torri to maneuver through the defense. Concetto Pennetta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emanuele Alonzi having to interfere. Fedele Di Massimo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Emanuele Alonzi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Damiano Troiano kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. When Concetto Pennetta came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the Persichello AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Concetto Pennetta couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Concetto Pennetta in the 50th minute of play forced Saiano AFC's goalkeeper Emanuele Alonzi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

Dino Santilli made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fabrizio Fagnani in the 55th minute. 59 minutes into the match, Saiano AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Concetto Pennetta came free, but Emanuele Alonzi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Saiano AFC's Emanuele Alonzi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Concetto Pennetta in the 61st minute of play. 66 minutes into the match, Fedele Di Massimo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Emanuele Alonzi. Saiano AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Fedele Di Massimo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Fabrizio Fagnani's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 71stth minute, Dino Santilli skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Eugenio Tripodi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emanuele Alonzi having to interfere. In the 78th minute Concetto Pennetta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emanuele Alonzi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 79 minutes into the match, Saiano AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Fedele Di Massimo came free, but Emanuele Alonzi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Damiano Troiano's late challenge caught a Persichello AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Damiano Troiano helped the player get up and apologised. In the 80th minute, Damiano Troiano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Damiano Troiano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Dino Santilli tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Armin Rizzo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Fabrizio Fagnani had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 1-1 became the score in the 89th minute when Amedeo Melchiorre elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Saiano AFC's zone, Concetto Pennetta stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Emanuele Alonzi came out of the goal and Concetto Pennetta tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 93 minutes of play, Persichello AFC's Concetto Pennetta made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Emanuele Alonzi was left in no man's land by his defense there! Emanuele Alonzi came out of the goal in the 98th minute to try and stop a shot by Persichello AFC's Fedele Di Massimo. But to his dismay, Fedele Di Massimo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. Persichello AFC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Saiano AFC for a fine match.
