Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Biagio Nero took the kick off in the first half of the match. Bruciato FC's Comunardo Stragapede played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carter Fata in the 3rd minute of play. 4 minutes into the match, Bruciato FC's goal looked a bit too open when Donato Carota came free, but Comunardo Stragapede reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 6th match minute, Bruciato FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Armando Facchetti to maneuver through the defense. Armando Facchetti fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andrea Leopardi having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Biagio Nero in the 12th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Andrea Leopardi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After having played for 14 minutes, Dino Napoleone managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bruciato FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dino Napoleone was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Donato Carota sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Biagio Nero fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andrea Leopardi having to interfere. Bruciato FC's Dino Napoleone got a good chance for a goal in the 42nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 44th minute Biagio Nero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andrea Leopardi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The wind increased when Donato Carota made the kick off in the second half. When Dino Napoleone came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Bruciato FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dino Napoleone couldn't finish the play. Andrea Leopardi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dino Napoleone's shot from short distance in the 55th minute. If Biagio Nero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Bruciato FC booed when Volla was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arturo Ferretti didn't get a good kick on the ball. Claudio De Donatis kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. In the 65th minute, Amerigo Collovati sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Volla's Andrea Leopardi didn't even have to move. After having played for 70 minutes, Carter Fata managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Volla's supporters crossed their fingers, but Carter Fata was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 71 minutes, Franco Zangari mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bruciato FC and the Volla players grew even worse after the yellow card. Franco Zangari hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. Carter Fata came free with the goalkeeper in the 74th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Comunardo Stragapede could save by the left post. After some fancy dribbling in the 82nd minute, Carter Fata managed to get in a good position for a shot. Volla's supporters rose to their feet, but Carter Fata was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Comunardo Stragapede breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After having played for 83 minutes, Donato Carota managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Volla's supporters crossed their fingers, but Donato Carota was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 85 minutes into the match, Bruciato FC's goalkeeper Comunardo Stragapede had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Carter Fata. Franco Zangari got his second yellow card in the match during the 86th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. The supporters of Volla booed when Bruciato FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Franco Zangari didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Carter Fata had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
